Priority & Completed Flags


In NoteZilla, each note can also be treated as a task. Thus, letting you to assign Priority and also set the Completed flag for each note.
 

 

Tasks View


Setting a Priority

A note can be assigned one of the four priorities: Low, Normal, High, Immediate.

Sticky Note: Right click on the note title to access the Note Menu. Move the mouse over the Priority menu item in the Note Menu. A sub-menu will pop up allowing you to select a priority.

Notes Browser: Select one or more notes from the Tasks View in the Notes Browser and click on the Mark As button in the Notes Browser toolbar to select the required priority. You can also set the priority from the priority column in the Tasks View.



Setting Completed flag

Notes Browser: Select one or more notes from the Tasks View in the Notes Browser and click on the Mark As (Alt+M) button in the Notes Browser toolbar to mark the Completed flag. You can also tick the check box against each item in the Tasks View.
